Mill Point Solar I Project In-Person Community Meetings

Mill Point Solar-0F0A2007

Who: ConnectGen, along with technical experts, invites you to attend an in-person Community Meeting for the Mill Point Solar I Project. To accommodate a variety of schedules, ConnectGen will host two like meetings on two consecutive days and at two separate locations. Members of the community are encouraged to attend one of these meetings and need not attend both.

What: At the Community Meetings, ConnectGen will provide attendees with information about the proposed Mill Point Solar I Project (250 megawatts) as well as what will be included in the Project’s 94-c application, which will be filed with the Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES) later this year. The two meetings will be held in an “open house” format, and the same information will be presented at each meeting.

When: Tuesday, May 9, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Eastern Time) and Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Where: Tuesday’s meeting will be held at Scott Hall, Fonda Fairgrounds, 21 Bridge St. South, Fonda, NY
12068 (see map on reverse side). Wednesday’s meeting will be held at Eion’s Hideaway Pavillion, 214 Marys Lane, Fultonville, NY 12072 (see map on reverse side).

Why: ConnectGen, on behalf of the Mill Point Solar I Project, is planning to submit an application to ORES through the 94-c permitting process to construct the Mill Point Solar I Project, a proposed 250 megawatt solar project to be located in the Town of Glen, New York.
